This role is for a seasoned Property Development Lawyer to join a highly respected and award winning Legal firm. The role offers a true work life balance and will particularly appeal to the lawyer who wishes to carry out big ticket work within a more relaxed environment.
Who we're looking for
• You will be a seasoned solicitor who has developed a strong understanding working in Property - Commercial and/or Residential Development.
• You will have a particular interest in development acquisition, planning and remediation work.
• You will be looking for career advancement long term and you will be prepared to make a long term commitment to the firm and the location.
• A following would be advantageous although is not essential.
• You will be keen to make the defining move in your legal career.

Within the Property team all the legal aspects of property development are handled, including: land acquisition, land disposal, options, development agreements, joint ventures, planning issues, environmental and remediation issues, funding and leases.
