An evaluation manager is required within a high profile department of the NHS. You will:
• Design evaluations in order to investigate project effectiveness.
• Prepare a written research ethics application.
• Establish and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and adapt spreadsheets and databases to enable complex data input and analysis while assisting in the design of data collection tools.
• Manage the project once set up.
• Produce written reviews, reports and analyses relevant to the project .
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have knowledge and experience of a wide range of research and evaluation methods including:
• A proven ability to provide research based recommendations which have been effective in leading change.
• A good and practical understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods including the use of Access, SPSS, Excel and audio typing.
• Confidence with analysing and interpreting complex data in order to advise colleagues and set the context for policy.
• Fluency in writing reports and research papers for publication.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in order to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
