European Proposition Manager

To define and develop market leading insurance and investment propositions in European markets and develop an understanding of European customer needs and buying behaviours using information from the Market Insight Team.

Sitting in a new team you will be expected to manage proposition development according to Zurich's proposition development process and own the European product specifications. You will also assess the competitiveness of Zurich International Solution's European proposition in the appropriate markets.

Who we're looking for
In order to be successful you will need the following skills:
* Previous exposure to building propositions in cross-border initiatives within Europe
* Extensive knowledge of insurance financial services channels and markets
* Previous experience in a proposition/product management role
