Interim Director, Organisational Development

This London based role will partner the business in a truly consultative capacity and will provide leadership and coaching to the executive team. Broadly speaking this three month Director of Organisational Development will be tasked with the following:
• To lead on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
designed to strengthen the organisation
• To provide specialist advice to regional offices in managing high-risk investment to affiliated organisations in crisis or experiencing critical challenges.
• To contribute to organisational development work to strengthen the RFO (regulatory funded organisations) portfolio, making it fit-for-purpose in the 21st century.
• To implement and manage a programme of organisational development for this organisation to enable them to develop new and best practice in their businesses and to improve the quality of the organisation's RFO portfolio.
•To analyse the effectiveness of investment in arts organisations
This role will report to the Director of Investments.
