Demonstrate & re-enforce Business Characteristics.
Coach & develop current & future Store Managers in commercial, operational & leadership skills.
Ensure the development & retention of the Store Op's pool of talent.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager or Store Manager within the Non- food, Food or Fashion sector . You will need to have a proven track record in delivering the following ;
Strategic thinking
Leading with vision
Delivering excellent sales results
Commercial understanding
Developing others
Building effective teams
Acting with integrity
As a district Manager you will need to have experience within managing a minimum turn over of at least 25 million, within a fast paced , reactive trading climate.
