In this particular role the candidate will deal with disputes over estate administrations, trusts, family provisions and related professional negligence.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with the following skills;
• Appropriate legal and technical knowledge, sufficient to achieve targets agreed with Partner and Head of Department
• Understanding the range and type of clients, and identifying their needs
• Promoting the image of the Department and Firm, and building long term client relationships
• Ability to spot business opportunities and maximising marketing opportunities
•Team working - working effectively with others to achieve targets and build good client relationships
• Appreciates the impact and contribution of the department on the total business
• Good financial management including regular billing and collection of fees
