Go Lower is a dynamic, ambitious company that sells an innovative revolutionary dietary programme to consumers. Developed by a highly successful and experienced commercial team and backed by some of the top dietary experts in the UK, they have a truly unique offering in an ever growing market place. Having proven its business model, the company is now seeking to appoint someone to the senior team as a Head of Sales.

The overall remit of the position is to deliver rapid and sustainable growth. As part of this, you will have responsibility for the following:

· Heading the existing sales effort across PR, advertising, telesales and web.

· Developing additional routes to market, such as customer referral/ network channels.

· Having an input in developing the proposition.

· Build the sales team

· Developing partner channels- with both medical and commercial organisations.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

· A strong desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation, with real autonomy to grow the business.

· High commercial acumen

· Excellent communications skills both written and oral.

· A clear ability to negotiate and develop long term partnerships

· A pro- active self starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

· An ability to plan medium/ long term sales process development

· Highly web- literate
