Managing up to20 stores in theGlasgowand surrounding area, the successful applicant will already be an area manager, accountable for Profit & Loss, People and Product .
Who we're looking for
You will probably be described by your team as a 'people person' and you will have a natural flair for leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of 15-20 store managers and driving them across all KPIs
• Managing area profit and loss
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Recruiting, training and developing store managers
• Controlling stock and minimising stock losses
Who we're looking for
With multi site experience in a retail environment, this business needs someone who can drive the operation forward while maintaining the strong culture of the business.
