As store manager for this large out of town outdoor specialist retailer, you will have complete control of the business operation. Your focus will be achieving high standards of service, controlling cost and working with the senior team to develop a strong brand presence in the area.
As this is a new store, your input into recruitment, training and development will be key to the initial launch. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and be a big part of their success.

Who we're looking for
From a branded retail management background, ideally with multi-product experience, you will be people focused, commercially minded and enjoy making business decisions. Ultimately, you will enjoy the challenge of taking on new ventures, being part of a small team and making a difference.
