Our client is traditionally a Bristol-based direct marketing and data agency who are now looking to grow their digital arm as well. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and help this development.
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for providing excellent account handling having total ownership of jobs to schedule, brief, budget and provide key input into strategic account development.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skillstobuild a good understanding of what your clients are looking for and produce client proposals that meet these needs. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for writing data analytics, digital strategy and e-creative briefs to a high standard and manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns. You will have a pro-active approach to your work and be driven in ensuring the smooth running of individual campaigns across your client accounts. Internally you will also be required to develop, train and manage Account Executives providing them with direction when required.
The Senior Account Manager must have a proven track record in strategically developing your accounts and the ability to advise clients on how to spend their marketing budgets effectively.
Who we're looking for
The successful job holder will have significant data and/or eMarketing/Digital Marketing experience, ideally gained in an agency environment. You must have a strong understanding of direct marketing techniques with superb attention to detail. This person will need excellent communication skills to present ideas and proposals back to clients in a clear and concise manner and build a good rapport with clients. The ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time is essential and you must be confident at working to various deadlines ideally striving to exceed clients' expectations.

What's on offer
£25000 - £32000 depending on experience
