As a senior department Manager in Leicester within this high turn over environment you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of your direct team is effective to the overall store operation. Your people management and organisational skills will be key to the success of the store. As a key member of the retail management team inLeicester you will also play a part in the management of the store as a whole. You will be responsible for the training and development of your junior managers and through them the wider team
Who we're looking for
• We are looking for the individual who is passionate about fashion retail.
• You must have had previous management exposure in a high volume retailer and previous fashion experience will be an advantage. Ideally you will currently be a department manager, assistant manager or store manager
• You must be experienced in managing teams of at least 30 people
• You will need to be able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills along with the ability to lead a team successfully
