You will have accountability for providing organisational consultancy, technical support and advice in the area of organisational design, development and change. In addition you will manage OD and change consultancy assignments in partnership with HR. Additional responsibilities include:
• Manage projects and assignments to deliver on time and to budget.
• Design, deliver and evaluate educational events on organisational design, development and change.
• Produce project proposals that demonstrate understanding of client needs and organisational issues.
• Deliver excellent standards of service to internal clients.
• Design and develop methods of approaching organisational diagnostics, organisational design and development.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be working within organisational development or change. You will have experience of managing a range of consultancy assignments and have extensive experience of running large projects. Furthermore you will have had experience of coaching senior people on organisational change and development.
