A Regional Manager with this Blue-Chip retailer will take full operational responsibility for up to 15 stores in the East Anglia.
Responsible for combined turnovers up to £150m the Regional Manager will also be the driving force behind this client's ongoing devotion to Corporate Social Responsibility and the training and development of their vast store teams.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for candidates with experience of multi-site management in a high volume, fast paced environment. Retail sector is not important but the ability to lead your Store Managers to develop their own store teams across the wider business is vital.

What's on offer
Basic salary £70,000 to £100,000 dependent on experience + full executive benefits package + market leading bonus scheme
