Regional Manager - West Midlands

As a a regional manager you will be accountable for 14 stores in your area. You will be tasked with diving the business forward and achieving company KPI's on a consistent and regular basis. You will be also be so solely accountable for the P&L of your business and will have the coaching and development skills to be able to bring under performers up to the level that both you and the business expect. You will be be passionate about standards in store and will be un compromising in your approach to providing excellent customer service at all times.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced Multi site retailer with good experience from within the Value Retail Sector. I must stress that these two skills don't necessarily have to have been at the same time or in the same role. You will be a proactive manager who is passionate about achieving results and driving positive change within a business. You will be an excellent coacher and developer and be able to inspire your team. You will be ambitious and want to develop yourself and reach a new level and you will be passionate about the brand that you work for.
