The role will involve advising both trustees and companies on all aspects of occupational pension schemes from day to day issues, such as the application of scheme rules, to one off events, such as the merger of two pension schemes.

Who we're looking for
Ideally candidates with experience of advising on pensions issues arising on corporate transactions or corporate experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in pensions law. They will be proactive, with a desire for responsibility.They will be expected to market and develop the pensions practice. The successful candidate should enjoy genuine opportunities for career progression.

About our client
Our client's pensions team is part of the firm's wider Corporate department.Their state of the art new offices occupy a prominent position adjacent to the Tower of London. The department currently comprises 6 partners and 15 lawyers.
