Food and Beverage Manager for a leading global hotel chain. This is your chance to influence and develop a fantastic stream of the business.
Who we're looking for
You will have had previous exposure in managing your own P&L , be standards driven and have a strong desire to implement a team philosophy. Sound knowledge of different business controls such as stock control will also be essential to succeeding in this role. Although it would be an advantage you do not need to have worked in a restaurant - a comparable environment such as leisure or even retail might be considered.
