Reporting in to the Learning and Development Executive you will be responsible for:-
• Pre course preparation.
• Post course evaluation and feedback.
• Training delegates in relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Assist delegates carrying out given exercises, advising and assisting when necessary.
• Assisting in the production of training materials, trainers notes and course design.
• Responds to feedback from clients by revising, editing, altering or modifying the training materials course.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a experience of systems training. Strong communication skills need to be combined with a flexible approach to working. You must be able to use your initiative and have an organised way of working.
