An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Acergy, a leading seabed-to-surface engineering and construction contractor for the oil and gas industry worldwide. Based in Hammersmith reporting to the HR Director, Reward & Employee Relations you will act as a true business partner to a senior management client base - the position is two-fold from providing support on salary review and bonus processes to informing and advising on the Group's reward and benefits initiatives. This role is global in content and has a major impact on the Global Reward structures and the image and reputation of the HR function.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the stock option plan and specifically the relationship with the external suppliers. This is key in ensuring that the plan operates on an international scale in a timely and accurate manner. This will include fulfilling all reporting requirements and the closure of quarterly accounts.

• Supporting the International Relocation policy, acting as a business partner to the regional offices and by managing the transfer of employees throughout the Group including managing the relationship with Acergy's relocation company.

• Co-ordination and preparation of the annual salary review including the bonus review of the senior management team.

• Supporting the HR Director, Reward & Employee Relations in all matters related to the Compensation Committee and Executive Remuneration and providing support to the various pension schemes operating within the company.

• Any ad-hoc projects are required to support the Group's HR function

Who we're looking for
This Group is fast-paced and diverse with a challenging working environment. It will require an individual who will have proven Compensation and Benefits experience with a rigorous approach to systems and processes. It will also require an individual with the sensitivity required to meet the needs of a diverse organisation.

Other skills will include

• Of degree calibre and preferably CIPD qualified
• Able to understand different cultures world-wide and act in a culturally sensitive way
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy work schedule
• Flexible and resourceful to deal with a variety of issues as they arise
• A second language, preferably French, would be a distinct advantage
