Legal Team Secretary for 7 Lawyers

This role supports 7 lawyers within the Sales and Trading department. This is more of a logistical role than documentation production, involving extensive diary management and meeting arrangements, organising travel, processing expenses and covering the telephones.

Who we're looking for
A perfect candidate will:
• Have team supporting experience within Financial Services or a Legal background
• Have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to multi-task
• Have great organisational skills
