Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work as part of the Retail HR team supporting Regional Managers and a large number of stores around Central London and England. You will provide administrative support, employee relations issues andtraining days. Further you drive store resourcing for the brand - including assessment days, telephone screening, store opening events and exit interviews.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess previous experience in supporting retail stores with HR admin, solving ER issues and have been exposed to store level recruitment. Furtherthe successfulRetail HR advisor will:
*be confident
*possess drive and commitment,
*remain calm under pressure and,
*be a team player.
