Customer Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a market leading leisure industry supplier in a new role within one of their key accounts. As a Customer Service Executive you will be internally based within the production area of a world renowned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in the Hull Area to ensure you are providing excellent customer service for this account.
Your responsibilities will be:
• To provide effective liaison with this account, including the efficient installation and technical advice service for products being utilized in recreational vehicles and holiday homes.
• To develop efficient operating procedures with logistics, production and after sales.
• Provide excellent customer service satisfaction using call back system
• Provide solutions to technical issues through diagnostic process and problem solving techniques.
• Efficiency improvements to logistics, production and processes.
• Onsite liaison for development of future additional services into the account.

Who we're looking for
Thetford need a multi-skilled individual to join their team due to the varied nature of this role.
• You must be a strong communicator who is able to represent Thetford's image in a positive manner at all times within the account.
• You should be confident in liaising with key individuals and building strong working relationships both within Thetford and within the production area of a world renowned OEM.
• This role needs an individual with a analytical mindset as you will be involved in organising complex logistical issues as well as understanding the technical details of the full product range.
• Ideally you will have a technically based education.
• You need to have experience within a customer service or trouble shooting focused role.
• You need to be located within commuting distance of Hull as you will be internally based in head offices in Cottingham.
