We are looking for candidates at either Director or AD level.

The team are a Corporate Relationship Property team who originate Real Estate structured transactions covering mezzanine, structured debt and equity and focus on property, hotels and urban regeneration sectors.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will havew a working knowledge of relationship management focussing on the Real sector with a deal list covering a range of structured transactions.

You will be involved in the following:

• Managing and growing a a portfolio of property clients.
• Originate structured transactions within and outside of the current portfolio.
• Analysing reports and documents produced by advisors and the application of findings to mitigate the Bank's (and customer's) risks.
• Presenting of credit proposals to appropriate sanctioning level (including Group Credit Committee).
• Working closely with the syndications team through all stages of negotiation and into syndication process.
• Negotiating with clients and where appropriate public sector authorities at senior level, all project documentation to ensure the Bank's risks are clearly identifiable and at an acceptable level.
