You will be accountable for running all pensions operations activity within Pensions Services. This will include Transactional Processing, Issue Management and Leadership.
As Head of Pensions you will have commercial responsibility for the team. You will manage headcount and develop operations models in conjunction with the pipeline for business growth. You will also have some involvement in Ad Hoc projects.

Who we're looking for
This is a senior opportunity so applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent general and technical knowledge of pensions as well as a strong track record in leading and motivating staff. You will have a innate sense of service and an analytical mind. You will be able to develop strong collaborative relationships at strategic and operational levels. You will also need to have operational experience in running a large team and a strong customer focus.
Ideally you will be APMI qualified
