To work proactively with the business andHR team to ensure the effective development and delivery of theGraduate Recruitment Programme. The Campus Programme Manager will get involved in the following areas:
• Marketing of Graduate events
• Recruitment
• Graduate Development
• Programme Development
Who we're looking for
• Good degree level education
• Strong foundation of graduate recruitment-based experience within a corporate blue chip environment
• Selection qualification desirable (BPS level A/B)
• Strong project management skills
• Methodical, logical approach with good attention to detail
• Proactive approach that demonstrates willingness and ability to initiate positive change
• Ability to multi-task, to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and to adapt to change
• Ability to quickly engender trust and credibility with managers at all levels in the business and with HR / Campus recruitment colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong results focussed attitude
• Willingness to seek and identify alternative solutions when faced with an obstacle
• Ability to take ownership, to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable
• Aware of own limitations and of when to seek guidance from more experienced colleagues
• Strong team ethic and proven ability to work collaboratively
