Technical Sales Executive

The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
• Assist in growing the Companies client base by following up leads and setting up meetings.
• Ascertain user's business requirements and create solutions that match or exceed these.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients and present these to them.
• Take an active role when attending new business sales meetings.
• Assist the technical department in setting up new clients ?
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the set up process with the new client.
• Manage the new client account for the first year.

Who we're looking for
The most important criteria include sound knowledge of IT as related to small and medium sized businesses. Excellent technical sales presentation skills, tenacity and first-class interpersonal skills are also required.
• Previous sales experience a pre-requisite.
• Motivated.
• Job aimed at an ex-engineer with a desire to enter the sales arena.
• Ability to convey IT issues and requirements in plain English.
• Well presented individual.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment, adopting a proactive approach at all times, with strong project management skills for client set ups.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to deliver presentations to all levels of business.
• Ability to prioritise and manage work load accordingly.
• Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
• Ability to interact with people on both business and technical issues, and to build lasting effective professional relationships
• Full driving licence required
