The successful candidates will be expected to work across a variety of sectors with a number of different clients to provide strategic support and guidance on relevant Lean continuous improvement methodologies , in order to facilitate clients to reach their strategic goals.
Consultants work in a client-facing environment, and are expected to engage clients at all levels to ensure the delivery of projects and to deliver specific training and coaching.
Desired experience Strong LEAN skills: delivered projects; trained and coached others in LEAN.
- Project Management Skills , must have been involved in Programme Management but it is not essential that candidates should have led Lean deployments or BPR deployments. The candidate will need to review, analyze, and redesign processes linked to overall business consulting and solutions.
This will involve:
- Analyzing processes and business plans of the organization
- Implementing enterprise wide process improvements and transformation
- Analyzing data in order to create viable solutions
- Presenting to multiple levels
