You will provide operational advice to line managers, supporting delivery of the HR strategy and contributing to the development of policies. You will be involved in the full range of HR services, from developing HR information and workforce planning to recruitment and reward strategies.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a strong generalist background. You will be able to demonstrate how you made an impact on the businesses you have worked for and proven experience of delivering HR projects. You must be highly motivated and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
