As Recruitment Manager you will work closely with the regional management teams to raise to company profile as an employer of choice in the marketplace. This role will require national travel and for this a company car will be provided. You will meet with Regional Managers to review and define the recruitment process within the company, introducing standardised formats for interviews and introduce competency interviewing to the process.
The role of Recruitment Manager will require you to develop and coach line managers through the whole recruitment process from taking job requisitions to managing offers. You will seek to streamline the recruitment process in line with budget.
The role sits within an HR team of ten and reports to the UK HR Director.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Your previous experience will demonstrate your ability to work quickly and effectively within time and budget constraints. You will be a driven individual who has the ability to work within a fast paced environment in a highly visible role You will need powers to influence and problem solve.
The successful candidate will also need to be very flexible and prepared to travel in their role.
Ideally you will be degree qualified, will have an agency background and have recent in-house recruitment experience. Ideally this will include recruiting sales teams in blue chip environments.
