Lead Resourcing Partner

• Hold and develop relationships with business stakeholders to ensure volume resourcing is working in partnership with the businesses to deliver resourcing requirements.
• Hold and inform the overall picture of requirements for a specific division and feed into the creation of an overall organisational picture.
• Work as a change agent to ensure all business change and resourcing change are managed effectively.
• Lead, motivate and develop cross-divisional business facing resourcing team to ensure businesses are supported in accordance with agreed service standards and performance levels.
• Ongoing development of team, including encouraging their self development.
• Understand the overall business volume demand and attraction plan
• Have responsibility for the relationships with the business with regard to delivery of volume recruitment strategy.
• Regularly review attraction campaign plans to ensure best candidate and business experience is delivered. Work in partnership with other related teams to enable ongoing development and improvements to future campaigns.
• Drive the continuous improvement culture and proactively seek feedback to ensure a successful climate of continuous improvement exists.
• Manage service levels and monitor performance through key metrics.
• Establish effective succession plans to ensure future potential is developed in order to sustain the stability of the resourcing team.

• Excellent ability to manage internal stakeholders .
• Breadth and depth of experience of volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management .
• Working knowledge of recruitment market dynamics.
• Must have a good track record of successful delivery.
• Previous people management experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Change Management experience.
