This a fantastic role for a HR generalist who is lookingto progress their skills and abilities within the HR field. You will be responsible for new starters, inductions and exit interviews, providing a consistent approach in the employment of individuals. You will have the opportunity to get involved in ER activities supported by a Senior HR Officer. The role will also involve a large piece of work around the HR systems and interrogation of information.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be very process driven and have a very logical approach to the way that they work. You will have established knowledge of the the HR generalist piece that you will be able to implement without supervision. The candidate must have extensive experience of HR systems and MI, you will have the skills to interrogate the data and utilise to the advantage of the business.
