We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join this fast paced retail company. You will be involved in assisting line managers with discipline & grievance issues, issuing letters and ensuring that the organisation is legally compliant. You will be the first point of contact for all HR issues, providing guidance where necessary and escalating issues when appropriate.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have working in a generalist role previously and havecall centre/contact centre exposure. You need to have been involved in assisting with D&G issues before, including assisting line managers and sitting in on relevant meetings. Strong communication skills essential because you will be working within an open plan environment.
