This is an office based roleworking withina team environment. You will be fully responsible for all financial aspects of up to 3 projects varying from £1m to £4m in size depending on the complexity of the projects.
The main roles will be as follows:-
Monthly Valuations
Cost Reporting
Costing of Variations
Sub-Contractors negotiations and orders
Sub-Contractors payments and Final Account agreement
Final Account preparation and agreement with the client
Cost Control
Attending meetings

Applicants should be looking to develop a career within an ambitious organisation and have previous experience within a similar role.
About our client
A privately owned construction company with a turnover in excess of £50 million per year. Theyare involved with traditional Bill of Quantity projects, partnering and Design & Build varying in values from £100,000 to £20,000,000.
