The Digital Marketing Manager will set the direction and drive all digital marketing and product development for thisInternational financial services business - including web, internet banking, email, mobile telephony, SMS etc.
Key responsibilities
• Increase revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction by optimising the customer experience through a multi-channel approach
• Develop and improve the competitive position of the business relative to the global peer group, to ensure amarket leading position is established and maintained
• Define and execute the digital channel strategy, meeting sales and service targets
12 direct reports.
This role has been expanded and will be strategic, operational and technical. It will require leadership and passion for digital dominance. Future career opportunities for a successful applicant are exceptional.
