Reporting directly to a Partner, the role will principally involve leading both M&A and private equity transactions in the £5m to £50 deal range size. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong deal execution skills with a high level of commercial and technical ability.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified and ideally have a minimum 3 years' corporate finance experience (5 for the Senior Manager). The ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of the team will be essential.
