This rolel will be responsible for managing and monitoring data quality for all people in the region, helping the Service Delivery Organisation and the HRBPs to execute their respective accountabilitiesfor data quality management. They will also be accountable for the regional implementation of HR data quality.
This role will work closely with the network of global and regional data quality/information management and the Organisational Effectiveness expertise team. It will also have a critical role in supporting the regional HR SVP and their leadership team in managing their data quality and information agenda.
Who we're looking for
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role - building strong relationships with the HR leadership across the region, as well as linking in with IT and Finance. You will have some technical knowledge of Peoplesoft v 8.3 and a working knowledge of other reporting tools such as MS Access or Business Objects.
