As General Manager of this high profile, volume driven location you will lead and motivate a team to deliver both the standards and the atmosphere the business prides itself on. You will also be responsible for developing and driving the food side of the business to new and exciting levels as well as maintaining the highly innovative drinks offering. General Managers have a lot of autonomy in these sites and will have full budgetary control over music, marketing and events.

Who we're looking for
Are you an inspirational leader? Do you have a balance of full P&L accountability with the fun and friendly banter that is expected from a leader in hospitality? You will also have a proven track record of General Management in a busy bar environment or flagship deputy management. If so then this will be the job for you!

What's on offer
Salary circa £32,000 to £38,000 plus a 30% bonus
