This opportunity will embrace allentire resourcing and talent planning of 4 retail regions across the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia.
You key accountabilities will be:
• Support the Retail management teams.
• Spotting Talent.
• Succession Planning.
• Resourcing Planning.
• Deputise the Head of HR
• Support and be part of National projects

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre, with retail/fast pace environment background, capable to influence others. You should have a consultative approach to the business combined with a passion for the brand and a defined commercial view.
