A leading UK Logistics business, our client is pursuing an ambitious strategy that is likely to see significant growth in the short term. This will be achieved by a programme of diversification into new sectors to consolidate their impressive blue chip portfolio. Services offered include: dedicated and shared user contract transport; warehousing and distribution; specialist supply chain management; in plant manufacturing logistics as well as inbound and outbound international transportation. Further to recent restructure, an integral senior opportunity has been created to manage our client's largest dedicated site in the UK. Comprising of 550,000 square feet, a headcount of c1400 colleagues, and serving over400 stores daily, this operation represents a cutting edge solution to retail delivery on behalf of a leading UK household name.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicants ideally will possess the following key qualities:
• Ideally you will have experience of third party logistics preferably from a retail distribution background.
• Business Acumen with strong commercial awareness
• Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage large scale automated environments.
• Intellect of graduate calibre.
