The role is a Quantity Surveyor position assisting both with bid preparation and general site based Quantity Surveying activities.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and will preferably have some experience of working with Bid Teams as well.

The client is based in Manchester and is one of the largest social housing contractors in the North West.
