You will work in one of the country's most respected entertainment and creative industries departments with some real top notch Solicitors.
You will work alongside market leadingsolicitors, all of whom have applied their vast knowledge to the creative and popular entertainment industries. You will cover a full range of commercial work, including intellectual property, contracts and high value transactions, for a range ofindustry leading artists, writers, managers and independent record labels.Examples of the workload include:-
Recording contracts; Publishing; Licensing and distribution; Band agreements; Merchandising and tours and Production and remixing.
Who we're looking for
• You will be a commercially focussed solicitor with demonstrable experience in Private Practice.
• You will have a range of intellectual property skills and be able to handle the wide ranging caseload that this position will offer.
• You will have a determination to succeed and enjoy working as part of a focussed, driven team who pride themselves on the excellence they offer their clients.
• Industry experience would be useful but not essential
• You will be local to Manchester, able to commute or be looking to relocate.
