Reporting in to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing HR support, advice and guidance on company policies.
Your key responsibilities will be:-
• To manage the resourcing process, including advice and support at selection processes to preparing and delivering induction to new employees.
• To take ownership of the Attendance Management System.
• To provide day to day advice, guidance and coaching to Line Management on the application of company procedures in relation to employee relations matters.
• To develop current HR policies ensuring compliance with legislation.
• To coordinate and deliver policy awareness across a full range of training ad development activities.
• To ensure performance management systems are consistently applied.
The role is based in Hertfordshire but also covers sites in Birmingham and Cardiff.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a solid HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in a fast moving environment. A good working knowledge of employment law is essential and experience of working with Trade Unions would be a real advantage.
