Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition the Senior Recruitment Specialist will be an integral part of the EMEA Recruitment team responsible for driving staffing initiatives for a designated business area. As well as being accountable for day to day recruitment activities other key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to provide an end to end recruitment service
• Build relationships with Business Leaders and HR Business Partner
• Fulfil staffing needs within designated business unit and provide talent pipeline for volume recruitment
• Develop recruitment strategies and drive staffing projects based on staffing models and business needs
• Influence internal and external clients and suppliers
• Drive quality staffing practices and deliver multiple cost efficient sourcing strategies
• Deliver quality management reporting
• Involvement in international staffing projects

Who we're looking for
To be successful in the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist the successful candidate just be able to demonstrate the following key attribute:

• Degree educated or equivalent HR qualification.
• Proven successful delivery of end to end recruitment strategies
• Background of in-house recruitment on behalf of a technology business
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Demonstrable communication and innovative interviewing skills
• Effective leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office skills preferably with experience of using recruitment systems
• Fluency in a second European language is desirable.
