Temp ⁄ 12 months contract with a salary up to £30k dependant on experience

• Ensuring external suppliers appreciate processes and procedures and manage non-compliance to provide solutions and resolve issues
• Development of appropriate Quality Assurance checks to ensure best practice in Content Management database is adhered to
• Identify system and process training needs to ensure data management best practice is followed
• Service focus, understanding the drivers for customer satisfaction, and able to prioritise actions accordingly
• Generate SQL based reports to support the production of high quality media sets
• Provide data analysis and manipulation skills to assist in all processes, problem solving needs and resource planning
• To ensure that all appropriate data is passed through the translation process in a complete and timely manner
• Manage the large scale loading of data received from 3rd party suppliers
• Liaising with other areas of the business and key suppliers in relation to external data to ensure relevance and quality delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure clear communication and progress updates to all levels of Management as appropriate
• Provide back-up support for the Content Data Manager

Who we're looking for
You will be fully conversant with SQL and data management within a fast paced multi-dimensional media publishing environment.
• Quality and process oriented, and able to set and clearly communicate processes and procedures
• Strong SQL skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to apply analytical and logical thinking towards data issue challenges
• Proven data analysis and manipulation techniques
• Sound understanding of the principles of data architecture
• Enthusiastic, energetic and confident in liaising with diverse teams and complex processes
• Good time management skills
• Methodical, organised and detailed approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels within the organisation
• Effective team player within the Media Production Process and the overall business community
