As theDirector of HRyou will be in charge of giving the college's HR function direction in line with a progressive 5 year business plan. Someone who has strong gravitas will be required to effectively implement change by working with a number of unions. With a small team under you whilst you will be reporting into the principle you will be required to have a hands on approach that will give the team the confidence to and mentoring to work as an effective unit. As a result a team player is essential. An background in the further education sector would be useful but someone from another sector could provide a fresh look on the challenges. Based in North West London
Who we're looking for
The right candidate will have:
• A strong operational background
• Experience implementing change within a union's environment
• The ability to work closely with a team to better the group's performance.

What's on offer
Between £70,000 and £80,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
