Our client, on the South Coast is looking for anSenior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team in a time of change for the business. Duties will include:
• Identify possible improvements in the recruitment process including selection criteria.
• Develop TUPE arrangements.
• Identify and improve current policy and procedures.

Who we're looking for
The successfulSenior HRAdvisor will posses the following qualities:
• Working knowledge of TUPE regulations.
• Experience of writing policies.
• Experience of multi-site.
• An Aerospace background is preferred, but not necessary.

Our client is a leading defence company based on the South Coast.
