As Director of Fundraising you will be responsible for ensuring ambitious fundraising targets are met with the support of a large team. You will use the recent rebrand and restructure to your advantage by developing, implementing and managing fundraising strategies. Working with the Chief Executive to develop the business plan, set annual budgets and devise the strategy in relation to ensure income generation targets are met. While managing two development managers and a database manager you will generate funds from Trusts & Foundations, Corporate Giving and Individual Giving. You will support other income streams such as events and productions whilst networking with other fundraisers to ensure the company is a model of best practice.

Who we're looking for
As Director of Fundraising you will need a proven track record in a similar senior position with experience of business or fundraising and a history of meeting ambitious targets. You need management/team leadership experience and skills in relationship management and promotion such as talks and conferences. You will need an understanding of marketing and communications as a support to fundraising in the form of printed materials, websites, events etc.
