HR Analyst - Reward

Working as part of the European Reward team this role is an important position assisting the design, implementation and control of the company Reward policy. The HR Analyst will be tasked with collating, analysing and managing information to ensure the company's business objectives are achieved and relevant processes are developed to support this. The role is accountable for;
• Manage all reward data including data collection , analysis, and reporting
• Analysis of Reward management information to support business strategy and become centre of expertise
• Support salary review, promotion and bonus award process
• Research market data and provide a complete and accurate market benchmarking service
• Establish network of contacts to support market benchmarking
• Develop management information systems, including market benchmarking database
• Maximise use of Oracle HR database to support business strategy
• Administer all Company benefits including management of Reward+ and Flex system
• Work with Advisers on specific Reward issues
• Assist with development and implementation of Reward policies and strategies through participating in policy discussions
• Keep abreast of employment and legislative framework relating to Reward issues

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a current HR Reward professional with experience working within an HR environment. You shouldhave an understanding of areas across Reward andhave good analytical skills to complement your experience. You shouldbe of degree calibre and enjoy working as part of al larger HR team.

What's on offer
