This is a truly amazing opportunity for an HR professional to further develop their career in one of the UK's most successful retail organisations. Working as part of a team, the HR Advisor will provide first line support to the operational Retail employees. A key focus of the role will be employee relations with the emphasis on improving performance across the business through effective HR processes and practices. Primarily based from the Head office in West London, you will also travel to stores to support managers with their people issues.
Who we're looking for
You must have a good understanding of employment law and current legislation, as well experience of managing a high volume of employee relations issues. You will also be a good team player with a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels
