Reporting to the Commercial Manager, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to carry out all QS duties for a range of contracts, which include new build, refurb, renovation/ restoration, new store fit-outs and store frontage.
Based from the Bradford office you will also be expected to support the site teams by attending client/ site meetings, and assisting in the placement of subcontractors and procurement. You will be responsible for carrying out valuations, final accounts and cost reconciliations.
The role also requires the following:
• Evaluation and negotiation of proposed terms and conditions of contract.
• Review pricing of the principal supply chain to meet project and Key Account needs.
• Contribute to Key Account and divisional business planning and budgeting.
• Monitor costs and cash flow.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role overseeing projects circa £3M and you will be a team player able to demonstrate reliability, loyalty and commitment.

What's on offer
