This position will involve non-contentious, transactional work, in the Intellectual Property and Technology fields.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be commercially adept, enthusiastic and ambitious.The ideal candidate will be thoroughly proficient in the negotiation of commercial contracts and IP matters, and may also have experience in the provision of advice on information technology and data protection matters.
